    Indepth Research Services (IRES) is an international training and consultancy organization with its head office in Nairobi, Kenya. IRES offers a comprehensive portfolio of technical training and education services designed for individuals, and organizations working in the agriculture; climate change and environment; disaster management; education; food and nutrition; health; humanitarian relief; logistics and telecommunication; recovery and reconstruction; safety and security; water sanitation and hygiene sectors
    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Reservations Officer to facilitate the smooth operation of our training programs.

    This role involves coordinating with clients, handling inquiries from clients over the weekend, processing clients' bookings, and ensuring smooth logistics for training sessions ensuring a seamless experience for participants.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a customer-oriented approach, and be proficient in managing reservation systems.
    Coordinate with agents in training locations to manage all logistical aspects, including airport transfers.
    Manage the opening and closing procedures of training events.
    Follow up with clients to confirm safe arrivals and departures, guiding suitable and secure accommodation options.
    Ensure the welfare of clients upon arrival.
    Assist clients with ticketing and offer visa support as required.

    Qualifications and Experience.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the training or hospitality industry.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    Proficiency in using reservation management software and MS Office applications.
    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
