    JOB SUMMARY

    This position assists the Lord in hastening the work of salvation by performing advanced and confidential secretarial duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Typically provides secretarial services to the Africa Central Area Presidency.QUALIFICATIONSMust be worthy to hold a current temple recommendA two-year Secretarial Diploma or equivalent with Five to seven years executive secretary experienceBachelors degree in Business Management/Administration will be an added advantage. Advanced office skills to include excellent communication, highly efficient with computerized business applications , analytical and data summation skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with sensitive and highly confidential information. Ability to speak French may be an added advantage.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Providing accurate and timely information.Must demonstrate a mature and professional attitude even under the most stressful conditionsResponsibilities include general secretarial functions such as: Prepares correspondence, memoranda, answering phone calls, mail and typing correspondencePrepares and distribute minutes of meetingsChecks documents for accuracy and completenessMaintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itinerariesTo work with confidential information (confidentiality critical)Coordinating travel arrangements and special eventsWork to deadlinesPerform other duties as assigned

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Reporting, Answering telephones and call management, Secretarial work, Interpersonal relationships building, Communication, Travel planning and reservations (leisure, business)
