I have several years’ experience in Management in the Hotel Industry, Property Management, Customer Services and pre-opened total of 5 properties.....3 properties in Dubai, UAE and 2 in Kenya, Movenpick Hotel & Residences , Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya and The Curve By The Park, Mombasa Road, Nairobi.

Managed 2 Properties The Lofts ( Kilimani ) and 37 On Kikambala ( Kileleshwa ).

 

Some of the roles I have undertaken include but are not limited to Property Manager ( Kenya ), Night Manager ( Kenya ) Front Office Operations ( Kenya ), Assistant Front Office Manager ( UAE ), Duty Manager ( UAE ), Group Reservations Coordinator ( UAE ), Assistant Chief Concierge ( UAE ), Tours Reservations Coordinator (SPAIN) and Assistant Head Housekeeper (UK) and able to play hands-on roles in a demanding environment to provide a high standard of quality service.

The proficiencies I have acquired through my vast and International experiences have exposed me to skills in; Management, Personnel Administration, Strategic Management, problem solving and leadership skills.
