Customer care Executive at Tudor Sub-district Hospital

I served as a customer care executive at Tudor Sub District Hospital where my main tasks were:

• Answering phone calls and directing them to respective departments
• Receiving incoming mail and dispatching it to their recipients.
• Assisting patients and directing them to their relevant appointments.
• Handling the appointment and walk ins register.
• Helping patients in filling in their medical cards.
• Filling in the patients book in the T.B and HIV Drug section.

Operations officer Fugobay and Total Organic Promise limited. 

A start-up in Organic farming and Agricultural E-commerce

Tasks include:

• Management of the front office which include clerical duties eg photocopying, filing, maintaining farmer records, maintaining sales records, handling incoming mail, dispatching outgoing mail.
• Answering inbound and doing outbound calls to field teams. 
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Taking notes and minutes in meetings
• Preparing documents for meetings
• Processing and directing mail, incoming packages or deliveries
• Handle incoming mails register

2018 September - 2018 December

Completed my industrial attachment at Nairobi County Government where I was the Team Leader in the Social Service department. 

Tasks Included: 

• Working closely with the CBO s and organizations like Dreams, Lea Toto and Results Japan to ensure there were positive changes in the community Economically, socially, and health wisely.
• Worked with the local community leaders and gatekeepers to identify and mobilize adolescent girls using vulnerability criteria developed by Dreams [LVCT] on issues of Hiv and Aids and early pregnancies.
• Visited some community young groups to teach them entrepreneurship to reduce crime in the area.
• Held health campaigns for Polio and TB in the community.
• Visited Self-help groups and offered training on how to save and invest in their savings
