As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising Sales Agents and Dealers to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, conducting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise Sales Agents and Dealers as assigned by the ASM.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
Develop journey plans for Sales Agents.
Receive and report on sales, leads, and customer issues.
Track and review sales performance metrics daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Organize and coordinate Sales Agents' daily BTL/Marketing activities.
Collect and submit competitive intelligence and market trends.
Drive sales uplift for assigned dealerships and ensure monthly growth.
Conduct gate meetings with the sales agents and dealership teams and daily coaching with Sales Agents.
Collaborate with ASM and customer service to enhance customer relationships.
Responsible for training and shadowing of the sales agents.
Conduct sales follow-ups and closings with Sales Agents.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience managing a team of Sales Agents for at least 2 years.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills to track and analyze sales data and trends
