    Qualifications

    At least a Diploma in Business related course.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries and provide information.
    Familiarity with communication tools and systems used in a command center setting.
    Accurate data entry and thorough documentation.
    Understanding of sales strategies, negotiation skills, and closing techniques.
    Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential clients.
    Skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.

    Mandatory:
    Valid Certificate of good conduct.

    Job role

    Responsible for providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.
    Assist customers in finding products, answering queries, and processing transactions.
    Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
    Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
    Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
    Monitor and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
    Act as a central point of contact for information and issue resolution.
    Utilize communication tools and systems to ensure smooth operations with the team.
    Provide administrative support in the department.
    Manage office supplies, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    Assist in data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
    Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
    Build and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
    Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
    Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans.
    Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
