Having over 5 years experience in operations and Field supervisory. While my professional journey began in the Operations, customer experience and support realm Where in Twiga chemicals industries I was a Field Operation Supervisor where i communicated trends and gave recommendation to customers and provided feedback to the management. Organizing and optimizing operational processes to ensure the teams' efficient functioning, and delivering verifiable and sustainable results. Managing field sales and reporting on sales. Leading and developing the individuals in my team, mentoring them if necessary, and identifying and closing any skill gaps. Currently, I'm putting my analytical skills and attention to detail to good use as a Commercial Supervisor at Highchem Group of companies. where my work entails processing order to sales team, following up on sales team and ensuring they meet their specified targets, Set daily, weekly and monthly targets for the team. Overseeing the overall functioning of the field operations in Kenya, developing and implementing operational plans, and ensuring their execution. Education has been my stepping stone to greatness. I'm actively pursuing my Masters in Animal Breeding and Genetics, arming myself with knowledge to make a significant impact in the future of animal breeding. Collaborative teamwork and clear communication have been the cornerstones of my professional experience. I believe in fostering meaningful connections and learning from diverse perspectives. My ambition lies in contributing to sustainability in a company in achieving targets. Experience

COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR – HighchemGroup Of Companies – june 2021- to date 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 Identifying the focus areas for the teams, providing guidance, and resolving any issues that arise 

 Receive orders from field team and attending to their questions concerning sales

  Organizing and optimizing operational processes to ensure the teams' efficient functioning, and delivering verifiable and sustainable results

  Leading and developing the individuals in your team, mentoring them if necessary, and identifying and closing any skill gaps 

 Daily performance tracking for the team through pipeline management and Sales forecasting  Ensure the team achieves set targets 

 Processing all the orders from sales team, walking in customers and via telephones 

 Handling all complains from sales team regarding their orders and all logistical issues affecting the delivery of goods to customers 

 Making calls to sale team reminding them about their target and their variances so that they can plan their sales 

 Coordinating with production, warehouse and accounts departments for prompt acquisition of ex- production products

  Liaising with the ace team at the warehouse and operations office for release of products under trade finance 

 Ensuring the credit terms are adhered to during approval of sales 

 Checking inventory and alerting the sales manager or operations manager when stock levels are so low so that they can plan accordingly 

 Following up with our respective transporters concerning delivery/dispatch of goods to customers in case there are delays 

 Assist in payment allocation to respective accounts 

 Proper filing of LPO’S that has been presented to the sales office

  Prepare Daily/ weekly reporting on performance, projections and individual team performance as required, and discuss with the HOS on areas of improvement from each area. 

 Pulling each sales representative achievement from SYSPRO , Making a summary of the monthly sales verses achieved and sharing with the HOS at the beginning of every month.

  Attending quarterly meetings with the management and the field team to discuss their performance and areas of improvement. 

 If a sales representative doesn’t achieved his or her target for three consecutive months, they are put on (PIP) personal improvement performance. If by the end of the three months no improvement is made , this lead to summary dismisal 

FIELD OPERATIONS-SUPERVISOR–Twiga chemical Industries Nairobi – November 2019 – May 2021 Duties and Responsibilities:

  Receive daily sales report from territory managers and promoters, analyse, call them on reported sales

  If the Territory managers does not meet his target for 4 weeks in a row, the Field Operation Assistant (FOA) will be held to account 

 Call key stockiest using stockiest call template – Gather info on what is moving in the area and report to the Regional sales manager(RSM). Identify what the problem is , and come up with solutions on how to solve them. 

 Identify different customers , train them on our products through the territory managers

  Generate weekly GPS reports in comparison with the approved movement and report to Field Operation Manager 

 Receive and send for approvals planned movements for Territory Managers for the current week to Field Operation Manager

  Receive approved movement plans from field staff 

 Summarize SMS report per Territory Managers area and follow up with Territory Managers whose stockiest are not sending 

 Maintain and update data base for stockiest for each Territory Managers area and update farmer’s database daily 

 Monitoring of GPs for fields sales and marketing personnel in the assigned area and assigned official vehicle or device and comparing it with approved movement and escalate any noncompliance to Field Operation Manager for action 

 Stockiest campaign calls to partnering stockiest for approved marketing activities and ensure they have stocked up as per approved products and volumes. If not stocked up, link them up to MD with stocks 

 Make stockiest calls and fill the prescribed CRM questionnaire/template 

 Processing of marketing activities requisitions and documenting any approved marketing activities

  Resolve issues reported from the field by Territory Managers or stockiest, make a summary report and share with the Field Operation Manager.

 Team leader(Customer Service Representative)-Horizon contact centre Nairobi – July 2018 – October 2019 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments

 Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

 Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

  Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.

  Following up complicated customer calls where required.

  Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
