    Responsibilities

    Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, Quotation, tender, and request for proposal.

    Prepare variance analysis for the departments and pharmacies.
    Inventory management of service equipment stocks in circulation and the store stocks, making requisitions as per reorder levels.

    Inventory management of the capital equipment and ensuring that all equipment has asset tags and records kept to date.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in procurement or its equivalent
    Proficiency in pharmaceuticals stock taking
    General supply chain knowledge
    At least three years experience in a busy environment. Hospital experience will be an added advantage.
