RESPONSIBILITIES
High-Level ResponsibilitiesThe Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement processes and procedures, as well as maintaining vendor relationships, sourcing, and negotiations.Specific ResponsibilitiesOverall incharge of end-to-end procurement processesImplement bids and awards processesMaintain vendor relationships, data and reportOverall incharge of vendor sourcing and negotiationImplement strict compliance of supplier code-of-conductImplement reasonable SLAs and KPIs to respective vendorsImplement procurement tool for small to medium business enterprisesProvide monthly reporting for procurement progressAbout YouWith 5 years of experience of procurement team managementHandled a team of procurement professionalsPreferrably, from IT or BPO companyExcellent negotiation and communication skillsHigh integrityWith experience in a startup environment
