As a pharmacist with experience in both hospital and community pharmacy settings, I have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a diverse skill set. My experience with R programming, Tableau, SQL, and Excel allows me to effectively manipulate, visualize, and analyze data in order to improve patient outcomes and streamline operational processes. In addition, my skills in data cleaning and processing, as well as data visualization and analysis, have allowed me to identify trends and patterns in large data sets, and to use this knowledge to inform decision-making and strategy. I am always seeking new opportunities to utilize my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the field of healthcare.

Achievements:

•  Collaborating with other healthcare experts to plan, monitor, assess, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of drugs and drug regimens 
• Actively involved in Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC) where I dispensed Anti-retroviral drugs and advised patients on how to take and side effects to look out for.
•  Proven expertise in commodities management, with a focus on monthly stock taking and budgetary planning of medical supplies procurement from KEMSA.
•  Participated in daily ward rounds as part of the healthcare team, monitoring drug therapy problems (DTP), screening for side effects and drug interactions, and intervening where necessary to prevent health complications. 
• Actively participated in management of heroin dependence in Medication Assisted Treatment with Methadone
•  Managed the monthly dispensing of bulk medicines to different wards to ensure a continuous supply of medicines for inpatients and to enhance accountability.
•  Analyzed monthly reports of TB and ARVs drug consumption from different health centers in the Limuru Sub-county and reported to Sub-county Pharmacist
•   Participated in TLD Drug recall October 2022 to December 2022
•   Managed the efficient dispensing of medicines and surgical devices to the triage, laboratory, and dental departments.
