    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    New Kenya Planters Cooperative Union (NKPCU) Is a State Corporation under the State Department for Co-operatives, which falls under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives.

    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsA minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience, at least three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory role;Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce (marketing option), Business management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Masters Degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce (marketing option), Business management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.Membership to a professional body; Marketing Society of Kenya or Chartered Institute of Marketers or any other related field.Certificate in a Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;Proficiency in Computer applications;Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; andFulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.Applicants with in-depth understanding in the coffee value chain and marketing experience is an added advantage
