| A highly dedicated and committed professional having over 11 years’ diverse experience in sales and marketing. I - am currently the regional sales manager – Nairobi region at Mastermind Tobacco Kenya- 2022 to date. I have previously worked as an Area Sales Manager at Nairobi Bottlers- Coca-Cola Beverages Africa- 2014 -2020. Area sales supervisor- Mastermind Tobacco Kenya and a Van sales representative-Nairobi and Central at Mastermind Tobacco Kenya- 2009- 2014. I am exceptional in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies to capture new markets and increase profitability. I am competent in the following areas: product or service marketing, product development, market analysis, market strategy, and relationship management, distributor management and route to market. I am also adept at facilitating growth by developing various levels of the organization and building cohesive teams, and I collaborate effectively with senior management to align defined objectives to achieve mission-critical results. I aim to secure a senior position where I can engage my prowess in translating business initiatives and marketing strategies into bottom-line results in sales, revenue, and client growth. |
