Responsibilities:


➢ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts for various Digital Tailor Agency's clients (Some of these clients are: Kaiser Kenya, Spiegel Interiors, Furniture Palace, BigSave Furniture, Girl Child Network, Fireworks Kenya, Vision Plus etc.) ➢ To establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments for our clients.
➢ Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, and ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
➢ Leading and Managing the Digital Marketing Team (Copywriters, Graphic designers, Project manager and Social Media Managers) on their daily roles and responsibilities as outlined in their JD's. ➢ Spearheading the Digital Marketing Team on the execution and implementation of marketing strategies/programs end to end, leveraging internal support, and driving collaboration. ➢ Work in partnership with the creative team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications including print, digital and video assets.
➢ Overseeing production of all marketing materials, ensuring compliance with the clients’ company's brand guidelines and producing high-quality, error-free materials. This includes designing, and producing print materials such as brochures, ads, and direct responses, plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns. ➢ Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with the leadership on marketing programs, strategies and budgetary implication (Clients’ side).
➢ Monitoring the effectiveness of the various marketing strategies and coming up with the changes as may be needed. ➢ Elaborate the definitive briefings, manage the contracting of for example above the line media houses and the influencers and follow up on implemented actions. ➢ Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support. ➢ Overseeing scheduling of content on various digital platforms, placement and optimization of social media ads and Google search ads ➢ Leading the planning of our clients’ events, from start to finish, according to requirements, target audience and objectives
