RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience in sales in a high-performing organization.
Experience in last-mile distribution, preferably in the clean energy sector.
Expertise in utilizing data analysis to extract valuable insights from customer
environments, strategically optimizing sales opportunities, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Ability to lead and work collaboratively with the sales team, change agents and cross- functional departments.
Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges efficiently.
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT- The successful applicant must have experience in riding a motorcycle.
