Job Purpose
The Customer Service/Administration Officer will be responsible for ensuring continuous customer engagement and satisfaction and handling day-to-day administrative activities of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide and lead the team members to deliver products & services that meet and exceed customers' requirements.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the company's service and maintain a strong working relationship.
- Handle clients throughout the implementation life-cycle accurately and promptly.
- Working with the management team in making some of the business decisions.
- Support the sales team in business acquisitions (telesales), planning, retention, and management.
- Develop and update client and administrative-related reports.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
- Handle the contracting process and maintain keep them up to date.
- Identify and resolve customer-related issues in an appropriate manner.
- Plan, order, and maintain officer supplies.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience of experience in customer service and administration
- Good business acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation ability
- Analytic ability.
- Good problem-solving.
- Should be highly organized.
- Working knowledge of computer applications and emails.
