Description
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for engaging customers, solving their problems and making their experience smooth and memorable. You’ll represent both SautiHub and our clients with warmth, efficiency and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, a calm presence and a commitment to delivering value in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through calls, email, social media and live chat
- Log interactions accurately and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
- Provide accurate information on products, services and procedures
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Offer feedback to improve service delivery based on real customer experiences
- Work closely with internal teams to relay customer insights and suggest improvements
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction even under pressure
Minimum Qualifications:
- KCSE certificate with post-secondary training in Business, Communication or a related field
- At least 1 year in a customer-facing or call center role
- Excellent spoken and written English and Kiswahili
- Strong typing and computer skills (email, CRM systems, messaging apps)
- Ability to multitask, manage time well and remain calm under pressure
- Friendly, patient and a natural problem-solver
