    Our client is a Software Company specializing in the development and support of enterprise business solutions. The company is emerging as the face of modern innovation and techno-savvy, empowering businesses and operations. The Team is dedicated to active analysis of business environments, processes and always pursues innovative automation solutions that enable businesses to mitigate challenges and run efficiently. The company has an established track record of excellent solutions that solve real problems faced by businesses in Healthcare, Hospitality and Retail Business. They are seeking to hire a suitable candidate to fill the position of Associate Product Manager Trainee immediately.

    The Associate Product Manager Trainee will work closely with the Product Manager in leading cross-functional teams and for the success of software products and features from their conception, development, marketing and support, to their end-of-life. This means creating synergy among the different teams to achieve the overall goals of the organization. The Associate Product Manager Trainee will be expected to embrace and employ the most efficient and effective software development lifecycle methodologies and inspire a cultural philosophy that promotes creativity and innovation among the teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Management of the software development, marketing, implementation and customer success teams and processes
    • Overseeing and management of the software development lifecycle
    • Translating business goals into specific software requirements
    • Prioritizing software features based on market need analyses and company strategies
    • Management of software project scope by making tradeoffs between competing software requirements, such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed
    • Prioritizing feature requests from customer success team
    • Crystallizing the product vision and working closely with software engineers to define its specifications
    • Ensuring that the software solution successfully meets business goals and users' needs
    • Making tradeoffs between features, schedule, and costs based on their relationship to business goals, company policies, software architecture constraints, and software development team capabilities
    • Setting product vision and roadmap and identifying which customer pain point to target
    • Articulation of business value of company's solutions
    • Technical and user documentation of software products
    • Rolling out products with the rest of the teams
    • Advocacy for the end-user and shaping customer experience with the company's products

    Requirements and Skills

    • Ability to develop software product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. This includes basic coding skills.
    • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
    • Skilled at leading and effectively working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent preferred
