    JOB SUMMARY

    Skills and qualifications requiredBachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.Proven experience in delivering (intermediate to advanced level) training programs on digital marketing.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, digital technologies and emerging trends in the industry.Previous experience of delivering Training Programmes through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Virtual Learning platforms.Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of participants.Demonstrated ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of different learning styles.Ability to train basics of website/Google analytics.Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.Familiarity and knowledge of global/regional and local (Kenya) job market dynamics, in addition to industry connections in Nairobi is desirable.For the full Term of Reference (TOR) which includes the instructions for the preparation and submission of the proposal, the rules that govern the application process and the relevant forms please do write an email to kenya..fiAll proposals must be submitted by mail and please state in the subject line:"Digital Marketing Trainer".

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop (intermediate to advanced level) comprehensive training/coaching curriculum and practical sessions covering various aspects of digital marketing such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.Provide personalized coaching and support to participants to facilitate their learning and skill development.Collaborate with the project team to organize networking events, guest speaker sessions, and industry panels to connect participants with professionals in the creative industries.Facilitate mentorship opportunities and encourage participants to engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to facilitate job placements and market linkages for participants.Implement regular assessments and evaluations to measure participant learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
