    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    Finn Church Aid (FCA) is the largest Finnish development cooperation organisation and the second largest provider of humanitarian assistance. We operate in 15 countries, where the needs are most dire. We work with the poorest people, regardless of their religious beliefs, ethnic background or political convictions.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Skills and qualifications requiredAt least 5 years experience as a Creative Consultant.Proven experience (at least 2 years) in training/coaching – especially on consulting within the creative industries, with a focus on startups and young entrepreneurs.Strong understanding of business development, marketing, financial management, and creative skills enhancement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with the creative ecosystem in Nairobi is desirable.For the full Term of Reference (TOR) which includes the instructions for the preparation and submission of the proposal, the rules that govern the application process and the relevant forms please do write an email to kenya..fiAll proposals must be submitted by mail and please state in the subject line:Creative Trainer/Coach Consultancy ".

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Objectives of the AssignmentWorkshop materials and resources developed for group sessions.Help participants to craft/refine their business models and develop individual business/consulting plans for period of the project.Offer guidance on portfolio development, networking, and self-promotion strategies tailored to the participant's specific creative field.
