Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a Human Resource Business partner, serve as a trusted advisor to the assigned departments on matters, talent selection, performance management, employee relations and talent development.
  • Support the design, development and delivery of learning initiatives and programs to enhance capabilities as dictated by business and industry direction needs.
  • Contribute to the process of learning needs analysis; collate information and recommend suitable interventions for identified gaps.
  • Support the Line manager to carry out end of learning evaluation to assess the impact of initiatives and programs, and skill transfer to the job.

Talent Acquisition

  • Utilize sourcing techniques to attract the highest quality of candidates and build a consistent candidate pool 
  • Establish effective recruitment strategies and identify creative recruiting methods to source the most qualified candidates
