    RESPONSIBILITIES

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for:Conducting sales trainings and developing training programs for our sales team.Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance the performance of the sales team.Assist in the onboarding process of new sales team.Sales Performance Evaluation.Sales Training EvaluationIndustry and Market Research
