    JOB SUMMARY

    As a Trainer at AutoXpress, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that cover a range of soft skills (communication, customer service, teamwork) as well as technical skills (automotive diagnostics, repair techniques, maintenance procedures).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and implement training programs focused on soft skills such as communication, customer service, and teamwork.Design and deliver technical training modules covering automotive diagnostics, repair techniques, and maintenance procedures.Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.Collaborate with department managers to ensure training aligns with business goals andobjectives.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.Education, Experience and KnowledgeBachelor's degree.Certification in training and development desired.Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in training and development preferably in the automotive industry.Ability to assess learning needs and develop individualized training plans.Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.Strong understanding of soft skills development and training methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
