    Position Overview
    RVIBS is committed to excellence in technical and vocational education and training (TVET).

    Our courses are designed to blend theoretical knowledge with practical experience, ensuring that students are ready to meet industry demands.

    We are looking for passionate and dynamic 2023 graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in educational training.

    As a graduate Trainer Intern, you will assist in the planning, execution, and enhancement of training programs across various departments such as Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Building & Construction.

    Requirements

    Sections and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Technology Education in Electrical Engineering Or related fields

    Minimum Requirements

    Must have graduated in the year 2023.
    Previous training related experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist in the development and delivery of course content in your specialized field.
    Support lead trainers in conducting practical and theoretical classes.
    Participate in the assessment and evaluation of student work and progress.
    Contribute to the improvement of curriculum and teaching resources.
    Engage with students to support their academic and professional development.
    Maintain records and documentation related to course delivery.
    Participate in faculty meetings and provide input on training strategies.
    Assist with the integration of new technologies and methodologies in the learning environment.

    Skills and Competencies

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
    Strong organizational and planning skills.
    Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
    Proficient in relevant industry software and tools, depending on area of specialization.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
