Implementing an aggressive sale's plan and ensuring sales quotas are met and exceeded while surpassing client service expectations (under direction of the department head)
Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
Ensuring quality of service to clients
Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls

Other Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture (advantage to Master's Degree /PhD).
Minimum 6 years experience in the export farms Sales of Agri inputs, preferably in plant nutrition products
A valid Driving Licence (a prerequisite).
Flexible to travel and stay out (sometimes up to 5 days).
Excellent understanding of plant nutrition.
Good understanding of plant protection.
