    JOB SUMMARY

    QualificationsMinimum two years in a similar roleHolder of Silver medal from Kenya Professional and Safari Guides Association (KPSGA)Experience in hotel industry preferably in a resortStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to convey information and ideas clearlyWork well in stressful, high pressure situationsMust be able to perform assigned duties with attention to details, speed. accuracy, follow-through and courtesy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Ensure the highest quality of game drive experience for the guestsHost guests inline with the camps/resort standard of excellenceAlways shows an exceptional appreciation and sensitivity to the environmentCapture and send to our marketing department on weekly basis for the social medial handlesConscientious maintenance and care of vehicle and related equipmentCarries out admin duties timely and effectivelyAchieves excellence through teamworkPrepare and submit monthly safari/fleet department reportConducts trainings in the department on weekly basisOther duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Driving license Class B, C, E - light vehicles & heavy commercial vehicles, Route planning, Traffic laws and regulations

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree
