Client Information:

To enhance the operations of the Payments, Dispatch and Human Capital Department, Royal Mabati Factory embarked on a Re-Engineering a paperless process through the Implementation of SAGE 300, internal POS and Fundi Loyalty Mobile Application. My Role was to spearhead the implementation of the project, Track the deliverables, co-ordinate with different stakeholders.

 

Project Description: Implementation of SAGE Modules (payments, Dispatch, Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Career Development Planning & Succession Planning, Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities: Project Manager

  • Lead the Business process mapping, Documentation, Signoff
  • Project and Change Management - Planning & Execution

  • Developed the current company’s online web portal for monitoring and tracking staff movement (HR module), real estate adverts (Launching of New products) and payment platform for clients integrate with ERP.

Open cover Insurance Agency part of Xplico Ltd. They had been using been using a custom-made ERP System for their Day to day activities and had outgrown the functionalities where a lot of customizations were needed to keep up with user needs and business changes. 

After successful implementation of ERP at Open cover Insurance Agency Limited as the Core business accounting application. 

 

Project Description: Implementation of SAGE Modules (payments, Dispatch, Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Career Development Planning & Succession Planning, Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities: Lead Developer and project Manager

  • Present to Directors on technical issues including software system design, development and maintenance.
  • Configuring FTP server for staff and clients access to large file and close upon time expiry for web-based applications.
  • Database administration, backing up of core business database and performance maintenance.
  • Setting up of Windows based applications including Windows Server and Active Directory configuration and anti-virus and its agents for system security.
  • To modifying in house software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, and upgrade interfaces.

  • Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural.

Client Information:

Home Afrika Ltd the operations of the financial transactions, Inventory management and Human Capital Department, Home Afrika embarked on a Re-Engineering process through the Implementation of SAP Success Factors. SAP Network and user running SAP Business One Enterprise. This requires a scalable environment for growth and to allow upgraded and updates of the SAP system. The existing infrastructure was not able to allow for this. My Role was to Spear head the implementation of the project, Track the deliverables, co-ordinate with different stakeholders

 

Project Description: Implementation of SAP Success Factors Modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Career Development Planning & Succession Planning, Learning Management Systems, Migration of SAP Systems to AWS Cloud

Responsibilities: Project Manager

  • Lead the development of technology systems for end-users iteratively reviewing implemented system to identify usage and usability gaps, propose and implement actionable improvements.
  • Lead the Business process mapping, Documentation, Signoff.
  • Responsible for ensuring that Internal Network has minimal downtime, System Back Up, Security monitoring and regularly reviewing with recommendations to management.
  • Lead the development of application system for management to generate data-driven

            actionable insights. 

  • Working with sales, marketing and project departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
  • To modifying in house software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, and upgrade interfaces.
  • Responsible for maintaining, administration of on premise (physical) and cloud servers for the company.
