A Fellow of the Computer Society of Kenya, I am a hands-on strategic level ICT practitioner with close to two decades’ worth of experience in delivery of successful ICT solutions. My vast and varied experience in ICT is complemented by certifications in project management (PRINCE2) and IT service management (ITIL). I have successfully delivered ICT projects for many organizations with a low total cost of ownership and high return on investment. Having worked locally and internationally in the private and public sector in areas such as the UN, academe and national government departments, my strength is in but not limited to ICT Strategy and ICT Policy formulation & implementation, demand& capacity management, infrastructure and systems acquisition and deployment as well as IT governance
