Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of our branch, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of financial services to our clients.

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve branch targets for loan disbursements, savings mobilization, and portfolio quality.

Manage a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practices in microfinance operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in microfinance or banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Sound understanding of financial principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the microfinance sector.
Familiarity with microfinance software and digital banking solutions is a plus.
Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Swahili is highly desirable.
