    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    Somo is a business accelerator that supports social entrepreneurs working to transform low-income communities. We invest in community-led initiatives and provide the resources entrepreneurs need to build sustainable enterprises. These resources include business training, funding, access to new markets and tailored advising and mentorship.

    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.Proven experience in social media management and content creation.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.SEND YOUR CV AND COVER LETTER TO: before the end of 30/04/2024

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage, plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Messenger, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn)Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy, and innovation, to stay relevant and effective.Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms and improving customer engagement.Coordinate with different departments to gather information for communication purposes.Develop concepts, graphics, templates, and layouts.Design Somo's marketing materials using brand guidelines.Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Written communication, Digital content development and editing (social media, blogs, etc.), Social media usage (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), Ability to coordinate, Graphic Design, Communication
