    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    The Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ) also known as the Office of the Ombudsman is a Constitutional Commission established under Article and Chapter Fifteen of the Constitution, and the Commission on Administrative Justice Act, 2011. The Commission has a mandate, inter-alia, to investigate any conduct in state affairs or any act or omission in public administration in any sphere of Government and complaints of abuse of power, unfair treatment, manifest injustice or unlawful, oppressive, unfair or unresponsive official conduct.

    JOB SUMMARY

    JOB SPECIFICATIONFor appointment to this position, candidate must have;Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C- (minus) or equivalent qualification;Certificate in Business Administration lasting not less than 6 months from a recognised institution;Certificate in computer Application Skills from a recognized institution

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Collecting statistical records;Carrying out transactions related to administrative services;Filing and dispatching correspondence;Photocopying and scanning documents;Indexing of documents and records as appropriate;Keeping safe custody of equipment documents and records, andAny other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
