Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning,
faxing and copying to management.
• Perform data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for
managers
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries, welcoming and directing
them to various departmental offices
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos
and emails
• Keeping the lobby area clean and tidy always.
