RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Handling all the internal and external communications in the organization.Manage all Statutory matters, handle and liaise all court and legal matters.Coordinate the matters relating to Employee Unions, CBA etc.Manage all staff Immigration related online applications and submissions with coordination with GeneralManager-HR & Operations like – Work permits, Passports, Dependent / Special Pass.Responsible for Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportationmatters within the organization.Be able to efficiently manage the team of drivers and vehicles and coordinate route plans, resolve accident issues by seeking legal assistance and the like.Timely inspection of vehicles and their tracking while in transit.Maintenance of Company or Employee records in regards to application or renewals of Licenses, Insurance (Personal/ Medical/ General etc.)Responsible for the Security of office and peopleDrafting of any Company/Staff related letters as per the prescribed standard formats.Coordinate with branches and assist them in case of any requirement as per the instructions. Management of Office equipment and all Office upkeep related jobs as assigned.Writing weekly reports and presenting options and recommendations to HOD's.
