    JOB SUMMARY

    A receptionist is a crucial role as he/she acts as the first point of contact forvisitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional impression of thecompany. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, managing inquiries,providing information about the company and maintaining a tidy front desk area.This position is based at the HQ at TigoniVision: To be the African leader in natural, premium foods.Our Mission: To craft wholesome and delicious foods from Nature's bounty.Our values: Passionate, Genuine, Dynamic, Collaborative, Impactful.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Receiving and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the company.Offer hospitality by providing refreshments to walk in customers.Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the company.Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.Answer and direct incoming calls / Emails promptly.Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication.Schedule and manage Visitors Reservations and coordinating the boardroom meetings.Receive and distribute mail and packages brought in from the different branches.Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Adhere to company policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.Bachelor's degree in business related filed / communication.Professional attitude and appearance.Solid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive.Excellent organizational skills.Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task.Customer service attitude.
