    Summary


    The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and managing a team of spa staff to deliver a wide range of spa treatments and services.

    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing guests with a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the spa facility, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.

    Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance are maintained throughout the spa facility, including treatment rooms, reception areas, and amenities.

    Provide leadership, guidance, and support to spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and attendants, to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.

    Train and mentor spa staff on service protocols, treatment techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

    Monitor and evaluate spa services, treatments, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control, to ensure adequate levels for daily operations.
    Coordinate and schedule spa appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal guest experience.

    Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.

    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to spa operations, including staff schedules, treatment bookings, inventory, and financial transactions.

    Collaborate with other departments, such as hotel management, sales, and marketing, to promote spa services, packages, and special offers to guests.

    Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.

    Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and products to enhance the spa's offerings and maintain competitiveness in the market.

    Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
    Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a spa or hospitality setting required.
    Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of spa staff.
    Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    Knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products, with a passion for wellness and holistic health.
    Proficiency in spa management software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
