    JOB SUMMARY

    Job BriefWe are looking to recruit sales executives to sell houses and plots. The main duty will be to source for potential clients and follow through with the existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.Position: Sales Executives –Real EstateLocation: WestlandsResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potentialcustomers.Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.Make presentations to clients and take them to see the propertyPrepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closingstatements, deeds and leases.Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and paymentAct as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company.Promote sales of properties through advertisements, cold calling, social media, open days,networking etc.Follow-up with leads to increase salesAttract prospective clients to promote new businessCompare competitive market pricesCoordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.Meeting and exceeding the sales targetsAny other tasks as assignedQualificationsDegree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing2-3 years' experience in real estate salesHardworking, goal oriented and self –motivatedInitiative, creative, persistent with a passion for salesPast sales experience is preferredTechnology drivenExcellent communication, negotiation and networking skillsShow good organizational and time management skillsProven track of successful sales recordAbility to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skillsSalary20,000 per month plus commissions.
