    Description

    MNC Consulting Group Limited services include but not limited to; Accountancy, Audit & Assurance, HR Development, Financial & Investment Advisory, Taxation, Mngmt Consulting.

    Responsibilities

    Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
    Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
    Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    Monitoring employee performance and attendance.
    Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
    Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
    Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
    Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
    Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
    Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
    Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
    Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
    Organising staff training.
    Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures. prepairing reports

    Requirements and skills

    Bachelor's degree in human resource management.
    Proven experience as HR atleast 2 years
    Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, outsourcing, employee relation etc.)
    Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
    Proficient in MS Office especially Excel; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
    Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    Strong ethics and reliability
