    Your role at BDSwiss:
    Developing and executing the company's strategic plan in alignment with overall corporate objectives
    Leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and exceed business targets
    Driving revenue growth through innovative product development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulators, industry partners, and other stakeholders
    Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
    Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
    Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization
    Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment
    Providing regular updates and reports to the Board of Directors on key performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and market developments
    Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership


    The Ideal Candidate :
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
    Proven experience in executive leadership and strategic management, preferably in the forex or financial services industry
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
    Strong understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and regulatory landscape in Kenya
    Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver results in a competitive market environment
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels
    Visionary leadership style with a focus on innovation, creativity, and long-term sustainability
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
    High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
