    JOB SUMMARY

    Other RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Food Service Management.A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management is also preferred.Certficates in Food Protection Manager Certification (FPMC) and Foodservice Management Professional (FMP) is an added advantage.Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service and organizational skills.Minimum of 4 years experience as a Supervisor or Related task.Detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personnel.Self-motivation, the ability to work in teams, and multi-tasking.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Inspect kitchen equipment and oversee Kitchen operations.Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding food preparation and menu offerings.Coordinate food and Beverage options.Manage Food and Beverage inventory.Monitor adherance to regulations.Ensure the restaurants' smooth running of operations.Oversee food planning and preparation for the restaurant.
