    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    New Kenya Planters Cooperative Union (NKPCU) Is a State Corporation under the State Department for Co-operatives, which falls under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives.

    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsA minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience, at least three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory role;Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Strategic Management, Project Planning and Management, Finance, Economics and Development Studies, Investment, Business Information Technology, Commerce (Business Information Systems, Operations Management option), Marketing, Communication or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Masters Degree in any of the following disciplines: Strategic Management, Project Planning and Management, Finance, Economics and Development Studies, Investment, Business Information Technology, Commerce (Business Information Systems, Operations Management option), Marketing, Communication or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Certificate in Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks;Membership to a relevant professional body;Proficiency in Computer application skills;Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; andFulfilled the provision of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
