    JOB SUMMARY

    JOB SPECIFICATIONSAcademic: Bachelor's degree in IT, business or finance related fieldProfessional: Professional qualification in Compliance and AML training.Desired work experience: 6 years proven working experience in a banking environment, with at least 3 years' experience in remittance services and money transfer digital solutions.JOB COMPETENCIESTechnical Competencies Ability to formulate strategies and policies, and create new approaches in adverse situations. Ability to take a broad-based view of issues and events, and understand their longer-term impact or wider implications.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    The purpose of the role is to deliver profitable business growth through remittances from the Diaspora by providing cost effective ways of sending money to Kenya. Additionally, the holder will actively initiate strategic business partnerships that will lead to long term business ties with Kenyans abroad. The holder will also work to provide an environment for remittance partners that will spur their growth which will also contribute to growth of the bank's liabilities book and remittance volumes.
