Duties and Responsibilities
Implementing the SACCO’s strategic business plans.
Attending to customers and handling customers’ correspondences.
Effecting customer queries and instructions.
Appraising and advising members on loan eligibility.
Coordinating the loan processing activity at the office.
Advising members on loan approval status.
Carrying out funds transfer instructions.
Receiving and issuing application forms and handling deduction adjustments.
Maintaining timely, accurate and balanced records.
Ensuring that correspondences are promptly and appropriately tackled and that issues pertaining to customer care are competently handled.
Handling any other duty that may be assigned by supervisors.
Ensuring completeness of loan application forms and adequacy of information provided.
Ensuring that SACCO’s investments and management have balanced investment portfolio.
Preparing Sacco’s financial & operational plans, forecasts, and budgets and conceptualizing and explain variances.

Developing and providing high-quality products and efficient services which are value-adding to members so as to enhance market share and revenue command of the SACCO.

Duties and Responsibilities
Auditing financial statements of various co-operative societies.
Preparing final financial statements.
Performing bookkeeping work for various societies.
Presenting final audited financial statements to members at the annual general meeting.
Presiding over Cooperatives Annual General Meetings.

Intern- Credit Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
Obtained information from loan applicants and answered questions about the loan process.
Analyzed and verified applicant’s financial status, and personal and business information to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
Ensured efficient and prompt recovery of loans disbursed and interest accrued.
Vet guarantors through Sacco software.
Computed payment schedules. 
Reviewed loan forms to ensure that they are complete and accurate. 
Performed teller tasks from time to time.

Dispatch Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities
Managed accurate and efficient stock transfers during the loading of trucks from the loading bay.
Ensured that products dispatched are of the right type, quantity and in the right condition.
Performed cycle counts on stock before handing it over to the next dispatch clerk at the end of my shift.
Assisted in loading and offloading crates from trucks.
Prepared work orders and followed all company regulations.
Monitored the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
