Responsibilities and Functions:
- Daily online cashbook and bank reconciliations and making decisions on critical and Accounts Payables.
- Monitor bank balances and optimizing effective utilisation of funds and at optimal costs.
- Forex Hedge – To assess foreign currency exposure of business units on a continuous basis and ensuring adequate hedge process in place in consultation with management and Group treasury

- Advise business units on bank guarantees requirements of the business units and ensure timely action.
- To ensure all principal vendor payments are accounted and validated, principal vendor accounts are reconciled at all times. Ensure inventory accounting is complete and accurate

- Liaison With External Auditors: Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors for periodic audit.
