    Description

    Ilara Health brings accurate and affordable diagnostics to the 500 million people in Africa who today struggle to access a simple blood test.

    We distribute low-cost, AI-powered diagnostic devices directly to primary care doctors in peri-urban and rural clinics, where the availability of common diagnostics is very poor

    The Role

    As a Marketing Intern at Ilara Health, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, playing a pivotal role in expanding access to quality healthcare across Africa.

    This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of healthcare marketing, contributing directly to our mission-driven initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    Create and manage compelling content for our digital and social media platforms, driving engagement and brand awareness.
    Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.
    Monitor online reviews and social media interactions, promptly addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
    Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing projects and initiatives.
    Design visually appealing and informative marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to effectively communicate our value proposition.
    Curate user-generated content and customer testimonials to showcase the impact of our products and services.
    Support ad-hoc tasks and assignments related to marketing projects as directed by the supervisor.

    Requirements

    Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
    Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video editing tools is preferred but not required.
    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
