About Juliet Kingola :
I am a graduate from The Technical University of Kenya, where I got my undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce- Marketing Option. Throughout my four academic years I have acquired various skills in Marketing. Some of these skills include time management; where I have learnt how to organize myself and my workload to meet deadlines, team work, presentation skills, IT literacy, research, numerical skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer relation management skills and also intellectual thinking and problem solving; where I have learnt to appreciate the complexity and diversity of situations to understand and evaluate the relevant issues and problems.
Having worked as a Customer Support Coordinator Intern in Sheffield Steel Systems Ltd, I have experience working in a team environment, which I believe would be an asset in this role. I have also learned how to work well under pressure and how to prioritize tasks so that customers are satisfied as quickly as possible.
In my current position as a Regional Sales Administrator-CRM department still at Sheffield Steel Systems Limited, I have gained a wealth of skills. I manage the sales team schedules on SENRI System, sales target reports, clientele database, and preparation of proposal documents, purchase requests for sales team expenses, quotations, job card processing and facilitate job card critical path. Through this I have gained proficiency in SAP Systems.
