My name is Eric Kanyi Maina, I have been in the Customer Service industry for just over a year with a diploma in Journalism and communication and a degree pending graduation. I have developed skills especially in communication, I am able to speak in English, Swahili and also basic Japanese and also currently learning Spanish as well.
Experience
I am currently working for BlackIvory Customer care, have been for the past year, I have worked in several roles withing the company, most of which include, customer service, sales and fundraising by calling people and asking to fundraise for specific campaigns and political candidates for various American politicians and and candidates, with fluency in multiple languages conversing is easy and experience gained is tremendous.
Education
I have a diploma in Journalism and communication from the Multimedia University of Kenya and also awaiting graduation of a degree in the same field from the same university.
