With over 5 years of experience in Call Centre, customer experience  and marketing, I've had the privilege of working with leading companies especially in the financial sector. I firmly believe in a customer-centric approach to business. I understand that the heart of any successful business is a deep understanding of customer needs and desires. My approach involves; listening to customer feedback and data-driven decision-making. I'm truly passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and developing innovative marketing strategies. In addition to my professional skills, I bring a set of soft skills and personal qualities that I believe are crucial for success in this role. These include: Strong communication and leadership skills, a creative and innovative mindset, adaptability in the ever-evolving marketing landscape and commitment to teamwork and collaboration. When I'm not immersed in customer experience and marketing, you can often find me cooking, spending time with family or enjoying Nature walks.
