Responsibilities

● Take order and deliver orders in a timely manner to a multitude of customers. 

● Collect cash and coupons from customers and welcoming them to the restaurant 

● Promote food/drinks products and distribute promotional materials. 

● Document and keep record of information on pickups and deliveries 

● taking the customers to a table of preference serve all customers to their maximum satisfaction. 

● Train new employees and take charge during busy hours. 

● Maintain a clean work environment to adhere to sanitation standards. 

● Regulate food/drinks going in and out of the kitchen to ensure they are thoroughly cooked and well garnished to the required temperature 

● Provide customer service by imputing customer orders, processing credit and cash transactions, responding to questions and concerns. 

● Ensuring good customer service and customer satisfaction and stock taking every morning and after the shift 

● thanking guest and welcoming them again for a next visit
