    Description
    Premier Audio Visual is your one-stop home of audio and Video electronics providing only quality and certified gadgets.

    Responsibilities

    Social media marketing
    Answer and direct phone calls
    Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
    Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
    Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    Preparing sales reports

    Prepare and circulate marketing communication materials including price quotations, special offers, dealer agreements, customer's presentations, trade presentations, product brochures and other related items.

    Management and updating the company websites.
    Generate online quality traffic for the website.

    Qualifications and Experience

    College degree/diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
    In-depth knowledge on effective social media marketing techniques
    Technical understanding of Audio Visual hardware will be an added advantage.
    3 years and above of experience in Marketing/PR/Customer Service/Content Writing.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
    Ability to perform well in a team as well as individually.
