    Description
    Triggerise is a non-profit that motivates users – primarily young women and adolescent girls – to make positive choices.

    We use nudges like reminders, discounts, in person and digital follow-ups, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use healthy products and services.

    Scope of work

    In partnership with the Tiko team, the primary purpose of the partner's input will be to develop the programme's approach and content materials, as well as support the implementation, reporting and analysis of the pilot.

    The partner will lead on proposing how best we will achieve our vision. They will drive the implementation process to prove the impact of the suggested approach.

    Following the success of the capacity-building pilot we would aim to look at how we could scale this approach across all our CBOs in Kenya.

    Required skills and expertise
    We are looking for an organisation with the following skills and qualifications:

    Demonstrable expertise in developing and implementing capacity-building programmes in sub saharan Africa., especially in the areas of Financial management, human resource management and fundraising.

    Demonstrable expertise and understanding of our core target users (CBOs)
    Experience in programme analysis and reporting
    Experience in segmentation desired to segment our CBOs based on ability and skill development still required.
