    JOB SUMMARY

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time ,on-site Assistant Business Development cum Assistant Administrative role , located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The candidate will work with a team to implement investment strategies placed by the company. The candidate will be in charge of carrying out the day-to-day organizational tasks and facilitating efficient communication across an entire officeThey will as well work closely with the Business Development team to establish business relations with clients over email, social networks and via phone. Identify appropriate individuals within the targeted organizations. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential prospects.This is a great opportunity that will provide career growth within the company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs Executive Assistant Acts as the administrative point of contact Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential Provide assistance to other departments on business writing and other presentations Prepares correspondences, reports and materialsAssistant Business DevelopmentAssist with establishing new business relations with clientsAssist with maintain positive professional relationships with clients QualificationsEloquent and the ability communicate fluently on phone. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partnersAbility to work collaboratively in teams, manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to change in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibilityAble to work in a high-pressure environmentExcellent analytical skillsA bachelor's or Diploma in finance, business administration, or a related fieldAt least 1-2 years of experience in the finance industry
