This is a brand new and exciting contract role for a Triple Wellbeing Lead.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and promoting the social, emotional, and physical wellbeing of students and teachers on campus, as well as supporting and integrating the environmental education program.
This is an on-site role located in Kilifi, Kenya and will involve activities during some school holidays as well as term time.
QualificationsExperience in mental health and wellbeing, counseling, or related field
Passion for and knowledge about the natural environment and its impact on well being
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in developing and implementing programs to promote wellbeing and nature-based activities
Experience in event planning and coordination
Knowledge of child and adolescent developmental psychology
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, and be creative and resourceful
Experience working in both an academic and outdoor environment
Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, education, environmental management or related field
